The Maryland Fire and Explosive Investigator’s Association (MFEIA) is pleased to announce this tested one-day courtroom and testimony workshop. Local prosecutors Jason Miller (Anne Arundel County) and Colin Campbell (Howard County) will discuss courtroom basics (the Maryland Court system, discovery process, evidentiary issues,
testifying 101, cross-examinations, and entering evidence), CV basics and preparation, NFPA 921 and 1033, Daubert challenges, deposition practice, and related topics.
